Opportunity Details
This forthcoming requirement will provide end-to-end management and delivery of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Desk (SD) services. This includes full lifecycle handling of Service Requests (SRs), Incident Management, and support for Problem Management strategies and activities. The effort will support FPAC Information Solutions Division (ISD) operations by providing expertise in:
- Asset management
- Change management
- Release management
- Configuration management
- Continuity management
Key support areas for the solicitation include:
- Development and management of processes for license, hardware, and cloud operations cost management.
- Development of standard configurations for on-premise and cloud servers.
- Support for the creation and maintenance of IT contingency plans.
- Delivery of asset management dashboards for transparency.
- Performance-based Service Request, Incident, and Problem Management services.
