- Cost Impacts and Predictability: Projected impacts on lifecycle costs, inventory management, labor resource planning, and suitable contract pricing types.
- Schedule, Capacity, and Turnaround Time: Impact on Turnaround Times (TAT), predictability of schedules, recommended scheduling strategies, and integration with operational fleet deployment.
- Performance, Reliability, and Readiness: Anticipated impact on reliability, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Operational Availability (Ao), service life extension, overhaul quality, and recommended Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Transition and Implementation Challenges: Primary barriers, risks, recommended phase-in strategies, and necessary data provision from the Government.
- Specific Technical Questions: Including cyclic repair intervals for A/S32A-45 Mid Range Tow Tractor, work location (on-site vs. central facility), shipping responsibility/warranty, and industry quality standards (e.g., ISO).
