Key Requirements
Offerors must demonstrate experience as a prime contractor for large-scale public-facing events and possess an established operational structure in the Republic of Korea, including in-country personnel and partner networks. Key personnel requirements include a Contract Manager/Project Director (min. 10 years experience), Deputy Contract Manager (min. 7 years), Creative Director (min. 5 years), and Production & Technical Director (min. 5 years), all requiring fluency in Korean and English. Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance is required for U.S. citizens/residents hired in the U.S.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted electronically in separate files for Volume I (Price Quotation) and Volume II (Technical Quotation) by the due date.
