This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Freightliner Digger Vehicle Parts. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• The primary requirement is for Freightliner Digger Vehicle Parts (Brand Name or Equal).

• Bidders must quote on all line items/CLINs. Failure to do so will render the quote unacceptable.

• Delivery to Tracy, CA is required within 110 days after award.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to Lt Rajesh Felix (rajesh.felix@us.af.mil) and Ava Sabado (ava.sabado.jp@us.af.mil) no later than May 1, 2026, 11:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST).

• Late quotes may not be accepted, at the discretion of the contracting officer.

• Any potential amendments will be issued in the same style as the solicitation.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/content/home to be considered for award.

• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333924.

• The Product Service Code (PSC) is 2590.

• Information regarding service acceptor or point of acceptance is incorporated by reference (252.232-7006 WIDE AREA WORKFLOW PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS).

• Bidders must provide specific information including FOB, Warranty, Estimated Delivery Date, Payment Terms, Company Address, Unique Entity ID, CAGE Code, Point of Contact, Email Address, Phone Number, Tax ID Number, Number of Pieces, Package Type, Dimensions, and Weight of Each Individual Piece.
