• Apples: Any variety, U.S. Extra Fancy, U.S. Fancy, or U.S. No. 1 (168 per case).
• Bananas: Yellowish to Yellow with Green Tips (Index 3-5), minimum 1 1/8" diameter, minimum 5.5" long (120 per case).
• Broccoli: Fresh Cut, Ready to Eat Florets, Spears, or Crowns (CID A-A-20290A) (4,390 LB).
• Cabbage: U.S. No. 1 Green, Large (3 pounds or over) (12,400 LB).
• Carrots: Ready to Use, Unpeeled, Whole (1"-2.5" diameter, not less than 5" length) (CID A-A-20191D) (4,850 LB).
• Cilantro: Medium green color (697 LB).
• Cucumbers: U.S. Fancy, U.S. Extra No. 1, U.S. No. 1 Large, minimum 2.5" diameter and 6" length (26 CS).
• Green Onions: U.S. No. 1, overall length 8-24 inches, diameter 0.25-1 inch (1,173 LB).
• Iceberg Lettuce: Whole head, trimmed, Ready to Use (U.S. Fancy or U.S. No. 1) (CID A-A-20316A) (1,119 CS).
• Onions: Bulbs (Spring/Summer or Fall/Winter) or Creole, Yellow or White, Whole (U.S. No. 2 or better) (CID A-A-20193C) (21,148 LB).
• Sweet Peppers: U.S. Fancy or U.S. No. 1, Green, minimum 2.5" diameter and 2.5" length (12,420 LB).
• Sweet Potatoes: U.S. Extra No. 1, U.S. No. 1, U.S. No. 1 Petite, or U.S. Commercial, diameter 1.75"-3.5", max weight 20 oz, length 3"-9" (25,000 LB).
• Potatoes: U.S. No. 1 or U.S. Commercial, Chef or Large Size, "Baking" (minimum 8 oz and 2.75"-3" diameter) (109,068 LB).
• Tomatoes: U.S. No. 1, Large or Extra Large (2.5"-3"), Red or Light Red (~25 Lbs. Per Case) (718 CS).
• Salad Mix: Iceberg or Blends, Chopped Leafy Greens, Ready to Eat (U.S. Fancy or U.S. No. 1) (CID A-A-20316A) (380 CS).
• Leaf Lettuce: Green Leaf, U.S. Fancy (20 pound case average) (40 CS).
• Eggs: Shell, Whole, Fresh, U.S. Grade A, Medium (30 Dozen per case) (2,600 CS).
• Cottage Cheese: Low Fat (2%), Fat Free, or No Salt Added, Small or Large Curd, 5 LB containers (CID A-A-20154C) (270 EA).
• Sour Cream: Pasteurized, Reduced Fat, Low-fat, or Nonfat, No Flavor, 5 LB containers (CID A-A-20251) (138 EA).

Bidders must state variety, case count, case weight, package weight, type, or other specified details on their bid as indicated.

• Award Type: ALL OR NONE / SINGLE AWARD. No multiple awards will be made.

• Period of Performance: Weekly deliveries approximately from July 6, 2026, through September 30, 2026.

• Weekly deliveries will be scheduled with the Food Service Administrator after award.

• Bidders must provide specific details on their bid as requested for each item.

• No specific set-aside information is provided in this document.

• Estimated totals are provided; actual quantities may vary.

This solicitation is for the acquisition of Fresh Produce for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Beaumont, operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. It provides all necessary information for submitting a request for quote (RFQ) for evaluation.

• Vendors must submit quotes based on the National Menu Specifications Quote Sheets.

• Pricing, item descriptions, and case counts should only be entered on the quote sheets, not on the Standard Form 1449.

• A sample of food product may be requested prior to award.

• Failure to deliver awarded product may result in being deemed a non-responsible contractor and removal from the bidder's list.

• The period of performance is approximately July 6, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

• Weekly deliveries will be scheduled upon award.

• Awards will be processed via Government Purchase Order.

• Deadline: June 24, 2026, by 12:00 p.m. CST.
