Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes using the Standard Form 1449 and the National Menu Specifications Quote Sheets. Pricing, item descriptions, and case counts should only be entered on the quote sheets. Submissions can be made via email to dtydlacka@bop.gov and cvalderas@bop.gov, or by mail/carrier to FCC Beaumont. Faxed quotations and photocopies are not accepted. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to the primary contacts.
Evaluation will be based on the "Lowest price technically acceptable and past performance." A sample of food product may be requested prior to award. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) in their quotes.
Eligibility & Notes
This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. Offerors must comply with numerous FAR clauses incorporated by reference and in full text, including those related to information security and SAM registration (FAR 52.204-7 DEV). Failure to deliver awarded product may result in being deemed a non-responsible contractor.
