Purpose

Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide a two-hour training session on First Sergeant leadership and self-care, delivered across seven scheduled sessions annually. This includes creating and providing customizable digital teaching materials such as preparatory work, presentation materials, workbooks, homework, and classroom visual aids. The training should incorporate exchanges to increase self-awareness of strengths and areas for improvement, focusing on personality-based communication and productivity tools. All instructional materials must be compatible with Air Force standard desktop configurations and networks.
Key Requirements
Respondents must demonstrate that their personnel have served in a First Sergeant functional role as a multi-level Command Chief Master Sergeant for a minimum of four years, with managerial experience and oversight over First Sergeants. Supporting documentation such as a résumé, detailed biography, training records, certification history, or past-performance references is required. The contractor must also demonstrate expertise in linking First Sergeant stressors with the critical role of self-care.
