Scope of Work

New exterior doors are required to be commercial-grade aluminum stile-and-rail doors, fabricated from 6063-T6 architectural aluminum extrusions. Frames shall be aluminum, factory-fabricated, and fully compatible with the door system. Doors and frames must be factory-finished/applied baked-on powder coating, with field touch-up only, and finishes must color match existing conditions.
The acquisition requires a general contractor with experience and expertise in managing numerous task orders, including construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors across various construction trades.
