Containers will be provided within two (2) business days of contract award. Requests for container placement are considered call orders. Containers must be of acceptable appearance and integrity, in good condition, free of graffiti and offensive odor. Defective containers must be replaced within two (2) business days. Full containers will be removed and replaced with empty ones within two (2) business days of request.
• CLIN 0002: Uncovered Storage Container or Roll Off Exchange: Removal of full containers will occur within two (2) business days of notification. Containers will be inspected with the DLA DS site POC prior to removal. Disposal must be in accordance with commercial practices. All containers must be weighed empty and full using the Government-provided scale at DLA DS Meade, or an alternative certified scale at the contractor's expense if the government scale is non-operational. Weight tickets or comparable documents are required.

Acceptable Performance Levels (APLs) are defined for key deliverables:

• Provide Roll-off Containers: No failures during each period of performance.

• Sign in on visitor log: No more than two (2) items maintained late per period of performance.

• Remove full roll-off container(s): No more than two (2) items maintained late per period of performance.

• Weigh all containers empty and full: No failures during each period of performance.

• Provide weight tickets or a comparable document: No failures during each period of performance. Failure to meet APLs may result in payment reductions and may impact future contract decisions.

• Period of Performance: One (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month options, not to exceed five (5) years.

• Place of Performance: DLA DS Meade, Building 77, Rock Avenue, Fort Meade, Maryland 20755.

• Federal Holidays: Services are not required on 11 Federal holidays unless approved by the KO or DLA DS site POC.

• Base Access, Safety & Security: Contractor must coordinate with the DLA DS site POC for base access and comply with all installation policies. Contractors are not compensated for unscheduled gate closures or delays. Employees must carry proper identification and are subject to checks. • Government Furnished Property/Materials/Equipment/Services (GFP/M/E/S): USG will provide workspace and utilities. USG will not provide materials or equipment.

• Contractor Furnished Property/Materials/Equipment/Services (CFP/M/E/S): Contractor shall provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), materials for spill cleanup, and uncovered roll-off containers.

• Spill Responsibility: Contractor is solely responsible for all spills or leaks, including cleanup at no cost to the USG. Spills must be reported immediately telephonically and in writing within 24 hours.

• Invoicing: Monthly invoicing through the Department of Defense Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.

• Contract Minimum/Maximum: Contract minimum is $1,500.00. Maximum is 150% of the estimated contract value. No minimum for option periods.
