Statement of Work (SOW)

To fabricate, deliver, remove, and install a replacement double-sided entrance sign for Fort Pulaski National Monument.

• Removal and disposal of existing sign panels and components.

• Fabrication of two new double-sided High Density Urethane (HDU) sign panels per approved drawings.

• Installation of new sign panels onto the existing sign structure.

• Site protection, restoration, and cleanup.

• Coordination with the National Park Service (NPS) and Harpers Ferry Center (HFC).

• Work must be completed in accordance with specifications, drawings, and requirements.

• All sites must be left clean and orderly daily.

• Site must be closed to visitors and vehicle traffic during work hours and when unattended.

• Contractor is responsible for restoration of any damaged site or structures.

• Planned service interruptions must be coordinated 48 hours in advance.

• Period of Performance: Within 15 days after award, unless otherwise negotiated.

• Location of Work: Fort Pulaski National Monument, Savannah, GA.

• Delivery: 50 Cockspur Island Road, Savannah, GA, 31410.

• Fabrication specifications include specific dimensions, HDU material (minimum 20 lb density), single-piece construction, rounded edges, and specific paint systems and colors (NPS River Rock, Northwood Brown, Warm Gray 1).

• Typography to be NPS Rawlinson Heavy and Frutiger Bold.

• Mounting to existing double-sided sign base.

• Contractor is responsible for verifying compatibility and measurements via site visit.

• Project manager to be the single point of contact.

• Deliverables include project schedule, shop drawings, panel layouts, hardware details, product data, catalog cuts, samples, maintenance/warranty plan, and waste disposal records.

• Contractor must maintain required insurance coverage.

• Invoices must clearly identify work performed and deliverables completed.

This document, "ATTACHMENT 3 — TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY TEMPLATE," is a required template for offerors to complete and submit with their quotation for the Fort Pulaski – Entrance Sign Replacement project (RFQ No.: 140P5126Q0040). 3. Key Subcontractor Identification (PASS/FAIL): If work will be subcontracted, identify subcontractor(s) and their role(s), including name, trade/role, and city/state + phone/email.
4. Offeror Certification: Requires the name/title of the authorized representative, signature, and date. By signing, the offeror certifies the accuracy of the information and compliance with the Statement of Work.
