Statement of Work (SOW)

This SOW outlines the work required to remove and replace existing air inlet louvers and frames on three (3) cooling towers at the Fort Yuma Health Care Center. The goal is to restore the cooling towers to full and proper operation.

• Demolish and dispose of existing air inlet louver frames and louver packs from three Evapco ESWB 12' Wide cooling towers.

• Provide and install new stainless steel air inlet louver frames sized to match existing tower openings.

• Install new louver packs into the stainless-steel frames.

• Ensure louvers are seated, secured, and aligned for proper airflow and water shedding.

• Seal joints between frames and tower walls to prevent bypass air and water leaks.

• Restore all cooling towers to full operation after installation.

• Verify cooling tower airflow and performance, making adjustments as needed.

• Disconnect and reconnect tower fans, basin heaters, and control wiring if disturbed.

• Work must comply with the most current editions of specified codes and standards (IBC, IMC, IPC, NEC, OSHA, NFPA 90A, NFPA 99, NFPA 101).

• Contractor must provide a warranty certificate for products with a warranty of two or more years.
