The 354th Eielson Contracting Squadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E service for the project below:
The A-E shall perform a comprehensive code study of Amber Hall and Base Supply (B3426). The study shall evaluate each facility’s alignment with current building, fire protection, and life safety codes. The study of Amber Hall shall include Buildings 3112, 3113, and 3114. The purpose of this project is to provide Eielson AFB with a report outlining the code deficiencies of each building, identify safety risks, show areas of noncompliance and recommend the corrective actions needed. Refer to the SOW for additional information.
Architect and Engineering design services are not unique requirements only procured by military.
The contract Period of Performance is 90 days after date of award.
