Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide all necessary resources, management, personnel, materials, transportation, supplies, and equipment (excluding Government Furnished Property) for repairing, replacing, testing, and reprogramming fuel dispensing systems and associated equipment. All work must comply with NY state regulation NYCRR Part 613 and Federal regulation 40 CFR 280. Equipment must be tested and certified after installation.
