Scope of Work

Services include comprehensive annual preventive maintenance for Fuel Distribution Systems, ensuring all serviced systems are in good operational condition. Specific tasks involve:
- Inspecting, supplying, and replacing expendable parts (filters, belts, hoses).
- Maintaining an on-site inventory of common parts and consumables.
- Inspecting piping, vents, tanks, pumps, controllers, and associated electrical components.
- Cleaning strainers, testing valves, checking float adjustments, and validating automatic controls.
- Operational testing of field devices (solenoids, valves, pumps).
- Detailed annual tasks for Fuel Storage Tanks, Fuel Pump Controllers, Fuel Management System Panel Control, Fuel Oil Polishing Systems, Field Devices, and Leak and Level Monitoring Systems.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order / Contract.
- Period of Performance: One base year with four one-year option periods.

- Pricing: Contractors should quote in GBP (with UK bank account) or USD (with US bank account). Repairs are not included and require separate approval.
