• Receipt of Samples: Maintain a log of received samples, provide daily access to the log, and record receipt dates and unique numbers.

• Sample Testing: Perform tests according to specified "Test Slates" (Attachment A) within three (3) business days of receipt.

• Sample Reporting and Data Transfer: Provide lab-generated PDF reports (CDRL A002) via email, daily electronic data transfer to a government database, and maintain a contractor-furnished software system for test results.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain a quality control plan and ensure laboratory certification (ISO 9001 or ISO 17025).

• Deliverables: Include Monthly Contract Status Report (CDRL A001), Laboratory Sample Analysis Report (CDRL A002), Daily Electronic Data Transfer (CDRL A003), Weekly Sample Report (CDRL A004), and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan (CDRL A005).
