Qualification Requirements
This is a sole source requirement. Sources must be qualified prior to the close of the solicitation to be considered for award, in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. Newly approved sources are subject to First Article Test. The Government will not delay award for pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
