Scope of Work
The project involves furnishing all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, and materials for the complete construction of a 40'x60' prefabricated metal building. Key tasks include:
- Demolition of an existing tree and approximately 70 feet of concrete curb and gutter.
- Construction of the metal building with a Portland Cement concrete slab (6-inch minimum, 4,000 psi), footings, doors, spray foam insulation (R-14 walls, R-21 roof), electrical lighting and power, and electrical heating (to maintain 45°F).
- Installation of concrete building approaches, sidewalks, and an entrance drive.
- Compliance with specified design requirements, building codes (IBC'18), and safety standards (DAFMAN 91-203, OSHA 1926).
- The total period of performance is 165 calendar days, including up to 45 days for mobilization and material lead time, and 120 days for active performance.

Technical Proposal Requirements
