Eligibility requirements include:

- If not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), proof of ability to provide new OEM parts is required, along with an OEM signed authorization dated within one year.
- If using an alternate manufacturer, signed authorization from the alternate manufacturer is required, including part characteristics and country of origin.
