The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services for the installation and support of a Brand Name Only ScriptPro fully integrated medication delivery system. This includes a Robotic Prescription Dispensing System (CRS 150), Workstations, Enterprise Workflow Management Platform (HCI 2000) and Software (2.0), Custom Fixtures, and comprehensive Support Services. The system must interface with VISTA, CPRS, and Pharmacy Program Management. Key components include a Zebra ZD621-2P Printer, Notice Board 40, SP Kiosk, Remote Access Software, Electronic Signature Device, Inspection Camera, SP Datapoint Monitor Add-On, Eyecon 9430, Terminal Emulation/Service/KVM Setup, Rx Paperwork Printer, Smart Card Scanner, Ticket Window Display, and various security and communication modules. Installation, system integration, testing, staff training, go-live support, and operational readiness documentation are required. Services are generally performed Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST.

Submission & Evaluation

Submissions require a signed SF 1449, signed SF 30 acknowledgements, completed vendor information (Section B.1), a schedule of services and price (Section B.2), and completed provisions 52.209-7, 52.219-1, and 52.225-2. If not the OEM, an authorized distributor letter is required. Offers must be submitted in two volumes: Technical Capability and Price. Eligibility / Set-Aside

The brand-name restriction to ScriptPro USA Inc. or its authorized reseller (Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions - VHSS, an SDVOSB) is justified by the need for compatibility with existing ScriptPro systems at Dallas VAMC and other VA facilities, avoiding duplication of costs and delays.
