Scope of Work
The contractor will perform annual inspections and certifications for nineteen (19) fume hoods and four (4) bio safety cabinets at CRREL.
- Fume Hoods: Inspections and certifications must adhere to AHRAE Standard 110-2016, including visual inspection, face velocity checks (80-120 fpm), smoke tests, and alarm checks.
- Bio Safety Cabinets: Inspections and certifications must adhere to NSF/ANSI 49, including visual inspection, face velocity checks (80-120 fpm), smoke tests, alarm checks, and inflow/outflow particle challenges.
- Deficiency Reporting & Reinspection: The contractor shall notify the Government TPOC/COR of any deficiencies. CRREL personnel will perform repairs. The contractor must reinspect and certify rectified units within 15 calendar days of notification. The contractor is not responsible for repairs.

Site Visit

Submission Requirements
