Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform Furnishings Management Services (FMS). - Furnishings and appliance service for unaccompanied personnel dormitories located in buildings 346, 547, 550, 555, 958, 964, 966, 971, 972, and 973.
- Utilization of storage containers in the AG Yard for overflow storage. This is a non-personal service contract, meaning the Government will not exercise supervision or control over contractor employees. Services must comply with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-6000, Housing Management, and all applicable laws and regulations.
