  • SCS-ISS storage components and installation hardware, including laminate wardrobe file/file towers and metal case mobile box/file pedestals with seat cushions.
  • Power & Data service poles (12.5ft high) with data faceplates, ports, and USB lightning cables.

• Certifications: All products must meet BIFMA standards and have Scientific Certification Systems (SCS Global) Indoor Advantage Gold Certification.

• Receive and deliver the Kit BOM to three designated storage locations within the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA) at Naval Base Kitsap.

• Provide labor and material handling equipment for off-loading and placement of items.

• Brief building space managers on job expectations for safety.

• Identify material off-load, laydown, and vehicle delivery locations.

• Location: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF), Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, WA.

• Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays.

• Site Access: Contractor personnel require security passes/ID badges for access to the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA). Proof of US citizenship is required. Specific forms (PSNS Form 5512/127, PSNS&IMF Form 5530/25) must be completed for visitor and vehicle passes.

• IT Lead Time: A 60-day lead-time is required for data wall cabling removal and installation.

• Union Notification: Required if employees are temporarily relocated for over 30 days.

• Restrictions: Prohibited use of magenta, yellow, red, or blue colored plastic wrapping materials. Operation of CB or amateur radio equipment is prohibited. Use of personal computers and cellular telephones with photographic capability is restricted within the CIA. Photography and recording are prohibited within the CIA.
