Scope of Work
The requirement includes a complete furniture kit (QTY 1), installation services (QTY 1), and storage services (QTY 1).
- Furniture Kit: Comprises 105 48 SF workstations (Swiftspace Model SHIFT, L-shape height-adjustable with accessories), 105 storage towers (ward/file/file), and 105 cushion box/file mobile pedestals. Electrical components, including internal furniture power, power poles, base feeds, outlets, and power strips (NRTL certified), are also required. The Bill of Materials (BOM) includes products from Swiftspace Workstations and SCS Worldwide. Freight, delivery, and storage for up to six months are part of this kit.
- Install Kit Service: Receive, deliver, assemble, install, and test all workstations per the Statement of Work (SOW) once the office is ready. Coordination with the 900F POC is required.
- Storage Service: Provide off-site storage for the complete BOM until the government office is ready for outfitting, coordinating with the 900F POC for installation dates.
