• A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 9:30 AM CDT.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and management to move office furniture from Bldg 4605 to Bldg 701.

• Disassemble and reassemble office furniture as listed in Attachment 1.

• Relocate furniture to Bldg 701.

• Mark all items for correct placement in Bldg 701.

• Disassemble two 8’x10” “U” shaped cubicles in Bldg 4605, Rm 102 and reassemble them as two stand-alone cubicles in Bldg 701, Rm 118 (one 8’x10’ “U” shaped and one 8’x8’ “L” shaped).

• Dispose of all debris and recyclable materials at the Keesler Recycling Center; Government dumpsters are not available.

• Conduct general clean-up of work areas daily.

• Protect existing furniture and building materials (carpet, walls) with industry-approved protective coverings that do not leave residual prints.

• Contractor is responsible for repairs/replacement of any damage to Government property at no cost to the Government.

• Any damage identified by the contractor must be immediately reported to the Contracting Officer.

• Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.

• No work on recognized Federal Holidays.

• Bldg 4605 is located off base; access requires going through the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Area.

• Bldg 4605 has a loading dock; Bldg 701 does not and has two steps.

• Contractor must provide their own materials, equipment, and supervision.

• Contractor is responsible for all debris disposal.

• Contractor must use protective coverings that do not damage existing surfaces.
