Purpose

Scope of Work
The requirement involves the removal of 49 existing furniture pieces and the installation of new, executive suite quality furniture across three designated open floorplan office spaces.
Specific Furniture Requirements include:
- Room 1: Four (4) cubicles (approx. 6'x6' or 5.5'x6.5', metal and fabric - blue fabric, white/gray trim, whiteboard mountable, with power/network ports), four (4) stationary desks (brown surface, 6'x6' or 5.5'x6.5'), and four (4) mid-back, roll-around chairs.
- Room 2: Three (3) 3'x6' stationary desks (brown surface, no drawers, supporting two students each), seven (7) mid-back, roll-around chairs (black pleather), and three (3) 4'x6' whiteboards.
- Room 3: Nineteen (19) cubicles (approx. 6'x6' or 5.5'x6.5', metal and fabric - blue fabric, white/gray trim, whiteboard mountable, with power/network ports), twenty (20) stationary desks (brown surface, 6'x6' or 5.5'x6.5'), nineteen (19) locking storage drawers, nineteen (19) overhead cabinets, and nineteen (19) high-back, roll-around chairs.
The vendor will be responsible for proper installation, site clean-up, and disposal of existing furniture.
