  • Achieving Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 for site-specific databases, with potential for Level 2 in future task orders, and segregating Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
  • Organizing and hosting training for USACE and contractor database users.
  • Collecting data, including aerial surveys using Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS).
  • Developing required safety plans (QAPP, SOH, APP, AHAs) and providing 2D and 3D data visualization.
  • Furnishing all necessary materials, labor, equipment, supplies, and personnel.

Special Requirements

Staffing must include professionals in Computer Operations, Systems Analysis, Surveying, LiDAR, RPAS operation, GIS/CAD, Technical Writing, Analytical Testing, Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Radiological Screening, and Waste Management. Adherence to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, including OSHA and USACE safety manuals, is mandatory. Specific safety training at Chemours may be required for site access. Deliverables must comply with current MS Office, MS Windows 11, AutoCAD®, and ArcGIS Pro standards.
