This is the "OFFICIAL" announcement regarding a requirement to provide Sustainment Capabilities and Integration Directorate (SCDID) Army Modernization Sustainment Support Services for the Futures and Concepts Center (FCC) Fort Lee, Virginia.
The intent of this requirement is to obtain services for one (1) base year and four (4) option years, to provide This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Army Modernization Support Services in support of the Army Modernization Strategy (AMS) to realize Multi- Domain Operations by 2030 in support of the National Security Strategy (NSS), National Defense Strategy (NDS), National Military Strategy (NMS), Defense Planning Guidance, and Capstone Concept for Joint Operations.. The offeror shall
be responsible for all standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract performance will
begin 28 September 2025.
The requirement is solicited as a 100% competitive 8(a) set aside. The North American Industry Classification System
(NAICS) code for this acquisition 541990– All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. This requirement falls under the facility related services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is B599 Special Studies/Analysis—Other. The Small Business Size Standard is $19.5 Million.
The offeror is responsible for reviewing beta.sam at https://www.beta/sa.gov/ for notice of amendments, updates,
and/or changes to the solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS)
number and register in the System for Award Management (SAMS) in order to conduct business with the government.
Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAMS may delay the award of a contract or possible award to the next
otherwise successful offeror who has met all of the requirements to conduct business with the Government at time of
award.
