• Emailed quotations are accepted and should be sent to dtydlacka@bop.gov and cvalderas@bop.gov.

• Faxed quotations and photocopies will not be accepted.

• Hand-carried quotes will be received at the Procurement and Property Department, Central Administration Building, 5430 Knauth Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705.

• A sample of the food product may be requested prior to award.

• Questions should be submitted in writing via email to dtydlacka@bop.gov and cvalderas@bop.gov.

• All potential quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number in their quotes. Failure to comply may result in elimination from consideration.

• The solicitation includes FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms Commercial Items.

• All communications regarding the RFQ must be in writing to the Contracting Officer.

• Discussing quote preparation with Government technical personnel is discouraged and may lead to non-consideration.
