This solicitation is for the acquisition of Certified Kosher/Halah for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Beaumont. The Federal Bureau of Prisons is procuring these items.

• Bidders must submit the Standard Form 1449 and National/Kosher Menu Specifications Quote Sheets.

• All pricing, item descriptions, and case counts are to be entered on the quote sheets only.

• A letter of certification from a religious certification agency, dated no more than 11 months prior to the quote date, is required.

• Failure to submit religious certifications will result in the quote being considered unacceptable.

• Period of Performance: Approximately 02/27/2026 to 03/31/2026.

• Weekly deliveries must be scheduled with Rene Guerra, Food Service Administrator.

• Quotations are due on or before March 4, 2026, by 4:00 p.m. CST.

• Submission methods include mail (USPS) to P.O. Box 26015, Beaumont, Texas 77720-6015, or delivery by FedEx/other carrier to 5980 Knauth Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705.

• Emailed quotations are accepted at dtydlacka@bop.gov and cvalderas@bop.gov.

• Faxed quotations and photocopies will not be accepted.

• All subsequent awards will be processed via Government Purchase Order.

• A sample of the food product may be requested prior to award.

• Questions must be submitted in writing via email to dtydlacka@bop.gov and cvalderas@bop.gov.

• All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number in their quotes.

• Failure to complete SAM registration may result in elimination from consideration.

• The solicitation includes FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items.

• Communication regarding the RFQ, including technical matters, must be in writing to the Contracting Officer.

• Discussing quote preparation with Government technical personnel may result in non-consideration of the quote.
