The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following:

1. Update the REFERENCE DRAWING(S) in DFARS Clause 252.236-7001 CONTRACT DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS (AUG 2000). Updated PLANS associated with the change are attached.

2. Replace SECTION 01 45 00.00.10 and SECTION 35 20 23 of the associated specifications in its entirety.

3. Update the small business size standard for NAICS code 237990 to $30,000,000 in average annual receipts. Change is made in accordance with the Small Business Administration (SBA) updated North American Industry Classical System (NAICS) code Small Business Size Standards, effective 19 August 2019.
