Scope of Work

OPMG seeks to continue operations and maintenance support for JARVISS, an information sharing tool used across the U.S. Army Antiterrorism (AT) Program and other Department of Defense (DoD) users. The system facilitates real-time threat information sharing across the Army Enterprise and with DoD and other government partners. Key requirements include:

  • System Operations and Maintenance: Providing various user licenses (full, basic, concurrent, administrator), ensuring system accessibility across platforms (Windows, Android, iOS), maintaining functionality, and offering 24/7 worldwide Help Desk support with defined issue resolution times.
  • General System Requirements: Facilitating real-time threat information sharing, geo-referenced data visualization, integration with government/commercial databases and social media, and ensuring system security and integrity.
  • System Functional Requirements: Enabling real-time threat sharing (within 90 seconds), providing collaboration tools, and managing threat information with refresh rates and data linking capabilities.
  • Performance Standards: Maintaining a 99% system reliability rate.
  • Technology Refresh & Enhancements: Migrating to the Everbridge CEM Platform, technical refresh of the mobile reporting application (including Mobile SOS, Safe Corridor, SHARP reporting), enhancing social media direct alerting, and expanding dashboard and analytic capabilities.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) 2.0, maintaining FedRAMP Moderate ATO, and pursuing Impact Level 4 (IL4).
  • Support for Other Agencies: Providing licenses and support services for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force.

Special Requirements
