This announcement constitutes a pre-solicitation announcement of a proposed contract action pursuant to FAR 5.204. This is not a solicitation. No response is request at this time. A formal solicitation will be announced within the next 15 to 45 days. The planned solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price MATOC with a total capacity of $99M for DB or DBB General Construction for all Charleston District Programs. The MATOC pool will include a target of seven (7) contractors. The contract will include a three-year base period and one two-year option period. The work will be located East of the Mississippi River, for a Not to Exceed amount of $99M in shared capacity amongst all MATOC awardees for the life of the contract.
