The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain construction services (water channel and manhole replacement). The Contractor shall perform services in the Chief of mission residence (CMR).
The anticipated performance period is 20 business days. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference on Wednesday September 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the Chief of mission residence. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Judith Abourou by email at AbourouJH@state.gov by September 23, 2025 at 15:00 (local time) for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
