The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation N00024-25-R-4400 for the execution of the FY25 USS OAK HILL (LSD 51) Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). Upon a contractor?s completion of this Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Availability, the ship shall be capable of carrying out its respective mission with a reasonable expectation of maintaining a satisfactory condition of readiness until the next CNO-scheduled depot Availability. FY25 USS OAK HILL (LSD 51) SRA will be approximately 20 months, beginning in August 2025 and completing in February 2027. The purpose of this amendment is to update the J-3, J-4, J-8 and J-10 attachments, respond to the second batch of pre-proposal inquiries, provide missing references, provide Planning Memos 1 and 2, and add Eratta 5.1
