This document is a solicitation for the procurement of various meat and dairy products for the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBP), FDC Honolulu. • Item 0034: Ground Beef, 80% Lean, IMPS 136, delivered Frozen. Must be produced from current raw material, no bench trimmings, steak trim, or re-ground product. No more than 20% fat, no added water, phosphates, binders, or extenders. Product must be 6 months or younger upon delivery, with date clearly on the label. Cases labeled "Beef, All Beef, Pure Beef, or 100% Beef" with fat percentage. Clear 1 mil or thicker sealed bags.

• Item 0037: Beef for Stewing, Raw, IMPS 135A, diced pieces sized between 3/4" and 1 1/2" cube. Surface/seam fat not exceeding 1/4 inch. Packed in 10 to 40 lb cases. Delivered Frozen. VEAL is not a substitute.

• Item 0039: Chicken, Boneless, Skinless, Raw, White Meat (Breast Meat), Frozen, U.S. Grade A. Must be free of cartilage and fat. Tendons associated with tenderloins are permitted. Packed in poly bag boxes. Polyethylene-film bags with a wall thickness of not less than 2 mil.

• Item 0042: Fish Fillets, Raw, Individually Quick Frozen, Unglazed, Skin-on, Skin-on (white side only), or Skin-off (skinless), Practically boneless fillet. U.S. Grade A or B. Acceptable types include Tilapia, Cod, Haddock, Hake, Flounder, Sole, Turbot, Plaice, or Halibut. 100% net weight, no water or glaze weight added. Fish portions must meet weight requirements when thawed and drained. Delivered cases must be labeled 100% net weight. Fillets are 4 to 7 oz.

• Item 0043: Turkey, Boneless, Roast, Raw, Natural, All-Natural, Boned, Rolled and Tied, netted, roasting pack or other appropriate packaging. U.S. Grade A. Breast meat or breast/thigh meat (8-12 lb each) or whole muscle thigh meat (6 lb each). Skin (Maximum) 12.5%. Packaging shall be neat and attractive.

• Item 0045: Mozzarella Cheese, Low-moisture Part-skim Mozzarella. Type I, II, III, or IV. Style A - Block (loaf), frozen, or Style B Shredded, IQF or Style J - Shred size 1, 2, or 3. Milk fat range 30.0 to 45.0 to 60.0% on a dry basis. Moisture content range 45.0 to 60.0%. Packaging of Primary Container: 5 lb to 40 lb sealed bags or containers.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Delivery of all awarded items will occur between June 15, 2026, through June 30, 2026.

• Total Award Amount: $48,843.50.

• This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ).

• Evaluation will be based on price and other factors (Past Performance and Quality).

• Award will be made on a Best Value determination.

• The acquisition is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) at 100.00%.

• The solicitation number is 15BH0N26Q00000004.

• The delivery address for all items is Federal Bureau of Prisons, FDC Honolulu, 351 Elliott Street, Honolulu, HI 96819.

• Delivery is FOB Destination.
