Submission & Evaluation

- Quote Requirements: Must be marked with Solicitation Number 15B51826Q00000020 and include the Quoter’s Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) for SAM. Lack of SAM registration will make the contractor ineligible.
- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on quotes most advantageous to the Government, evaluating specifications, past performance, and price. The Government reserves the right to award item-by-item or in aggregate.
- Pricing: Must be firm-fixed price, inclusive of all shipping and processing costs (FOB Destination), and good for 30 days beyond the anticipated award date.
