Sources Sought Market Survey

• Submission deadline: 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on 23 January 2026.

• Submissions should be in a user's own format and converted to PDF.

• Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate.

• The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with participation.

• Failure to provide documentation may result in the government being unable to assess capabilities.

• If lacking experience in a particular area, provide details on how you would overcome it (e.g., teaming, subcontracting).

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the professional services required for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services at Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), Arnold AFB, Tennessee.
