Scope of Work

Programming must be user-friendly and end-user approved. The contractor is responsible for proper mounting, secure cable management, and installation of sound dampening materials. All products must be new, not refurbished or used. The contractor must possess a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 (Secret) clearance and an appropriate Facility Security Clearance Letter at a minimum of Secret. A DD Form 254, DOD Contract Security Classification Specification, is included.

Submission & Evaluation
This is an "Open Market" solicitation; GSA or GWAC quotes will not be considered. Offerors must submit dated quotes on company letterhead with unit and extended prices via email to John Dixon (john.dixon.21@us.af.mil) and Willie Stallings (willie.stallings@us.af.mil). The quote package must include manufacturer specifications, literature, or brochures meeting SOR requirements, and a Project Milestone Plan (PMP). Award will be based on best value, considering technical acceptability (pass/fail) and price. Offerors must be registered and active in the DoD Systems for Award Management (SAM) database.
Special Requirements
