Scope of Work

The contractor will provide all labor, services, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision for mold abatement, remediation, and ceiling repair. Specific areas for remediation are furniture, carpet, and ceiling tiles/grids in Rooms 112, 117, and 207 of Building 856 at AFLCMC. Work must minimize impact on building occupants, control construction dust, and include daily cleaning and debris disposal.
