Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for fueling and Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) servicing of civilian aircraft during the air show. Key requirements include:
- Fuel & Oil Supply: Deliver 4,000 gallons of AVGAS 100LL, 42 gallons of W-120 Aeroshell oil, 15 gallons of Phillips XC 25W-60 oil, 6 gallons of Phillips XC 20W-50 plus oil, 3 gallons of 15W-50 Aeroshell oil, and 224 gallons of Pure White Smoke Aeroshell Oil.
- Equipment: Provide tankers, AVGAS refuelers, compressors, and air-driven smoke oil pumps.
- Servicing: Perform fuel and oil servicing for both Commemorative Air Force (CAF) and non-CAF aircraft.
- Maintenance: Provide an A&P mechanic for minor aircraft repairs.
- Logistical Support: Ensure adherence to Technical Order (TO) 00-25-172 and DAFMAN 91-203 for ground servicing and safety.
- Site Responsibilities: Contractor is responsible for removing unused products and repairing/cleaning any damage or spills on base property by March 29, 2026.
