Scope of Work
This Request for Quotations (RFQ) covers the supply of potable bottled water and its delivery to designated U.S. Embassy residential addresses within specific Lima districts: Miraflores, San Isidro, Barranco, La Molina, Santiago de Surco, and Callao. A detailed list of addresses will be provided to the awardee. The contractor will also be required to loan compatible water dispensers as needed. The price offered must be all-inclusive, covering labor, materials, overhead, profit, transportation, and applicable local taxes.

Required documents include SF-1449, Section I (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), and additional information as specified in Section 3. Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror, based on compliance with RFQ terms, technical information, and FAR 9.1 responsibility requirements.

Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted by March 1, 2026, before 10:00 a.m. local time. Answers will be advertised on SAM.gov and the Lima Embassy Contracts Opportunities Section on March 5, 2026. Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
