Purpose & Scope
GSA intends to secure the lowest price, technically acceptable solution for the full requirements of natural gas supply and transportation. The scope includes supplying natural gas for both firm and interruptible accounts, managing nominations and scheduling transportation service to the Local Distribution Company (LDC) citygate, and ensuring gas delivery to the burnertip for each account. Contractors will also be responsible for communicating with LDCs for balancing and performing all incidentals necessary for supply management.
