The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Entertainment (AFE) LIVE STAGE, is soliciting proposals for FY26 Concert Production Support at six Air Force Installations. Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive concert production support, including advancing artists, identifying total requirements, and supplying all necessary technical equipment, personnel, and transportation. This encompasses staging, audio, lighting, video, backline, and crowd control equipment. AFE will provide some equipment and any additional items required by artist riders not supplied by the contractor.
The concert series includes three "Summer Heat" events:
- Summer Heat #1: July 18 (Fairchild AFB, WA) and July 25 (Malmstrom AFB, MT).
- Summer Heat #2: August 15 (Buckley SFB, CO) and August 22 (Ellsworth AFB, SD).
- Summer Heat #3: September 12 (JB MDL, NJ) and September 19 (Dover AFB, DE).
Contractor personnel must be skilled, professional, capable of transporting, setting up, operating, and tearing down all systems, and able to pass base entry security requirements. A minimum of sixteen (16) staff are required, including a Production Manager, Stage Manager, Audio Technician, Video Director, Lighting Director, eight General Technicians, two Production Drivers, and one Stage/Roof Technician (Telehandler qualified). Technical specifications for stage (52x40x5 with 20x24 wing), lighting, and rigging (total 16300 LBS load) are detailed in the SOW attachments. Host bases will provide lodging and four meals on performance days.
