This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services (FY26 CS Voicemail) prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. It constitutes the only solicitation, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. The acquisition is for Callegra Level II voicemail sustainment.

• Provide new Callegra Level Two Voicemail Sustainment IAW Statement of Work.

• Includes free Callegra UC software version upgrades as they become available on the DoD API.

• One (1) Year Subscription.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance (PoP): 1 June 2026 - 31 May 2027.

• FOB: Destination.

• RFQ Due Date/Time: 20 April 2026 / 01:00 PM PT.

• Evaluation Factors: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering price and SPRS (Supplier Performance Risk System).

• This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.

• All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

• NAICS Code: 518210 "Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services" with a size standard of $40.0M.

• The government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time.

• Offerors must follow all instructions in FAR 52.212-1 and any addenda; failure to meet requirements may result in ineligibility for award.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To ensure military couples have the opportunity to grow, strengthen, and renew relationship bonds through guided workshops at local retreat venues.

• Provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, supervision, and other items or services necessary for Callegra Level II Sustainment services.

• Provide all system software/equipment/training, or any other services required to meet the service requirements.

• Offer online/telephonic technical support.

• Document issues via tickets or electronic records if not resolved immediately.

• Coordinate with the government (92d Communications Squadron) for timely resolution.

• Period of Performance: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027

• Place of Performance: Fairchild AFB, Washington

• The current sustainment services for the Callegra.UC system expire May 31, 2026. This contract will re-instate these services.
