• Metal Filing Cabinet with Lock (1 unit)
• Haier Mini Fridge (1 unit)
• Culligan Office Water Tank Holder (1 unit)
• Office Tables (5 units) Work must be conducted during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:30 AM - 5:00 PM). All onsite contractors must pass a basic background check, and vendor tools will be checked through security upon entry.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
• Period of Performance: Base Period from June 22, 2026, to June 21, 2027, with performance to begin immediately after contract finalization.
• NAICS Code: 562119 (Trash/Garbage Collection Services), with a size standard of $47,000,000.
• Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).

Submission & Evaluation

• Offer Due Date: June 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST.
• Submission Format: Offerors must submit a single PDF file via email to renee.leaman@usdoj.gov. The PDF must include the completed and signed SF-1449 as the front page, followed by all supporting documentation on company letterhead (including company name, logo, address, POC, contact info, and CAGE Code). • Eligibility: Prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Vendors must also be IPP compliant before award.
• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Offers will first be evaluated for technical acceptability, ensuring all characteristics are met and instructions followed, then for price.
