Scope of Work
This opportunity requires contractors to:

- Supply and install fifteen (15) Phillip YUV 30w bulbs.
- Remove and dispose of existing outer housing units, air filters, and bulbs.
- Reinstall existing outer housing units.
- Inspect housing units for proper fitment.
- Test the system for proper functioning.
- Provide a warranty covering outfitting flaws or defects for newly installed equipment.
All work must be completed after hours (Monday-Friday) and/or on weekends. Contractors will be escorted in and out of the cellblock, and worked areas will be inspected.

Evaluation
