US Army Corps of Engineers Charleston District has a requirement for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside: Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design Build/Design Bid Build (DB/DBB) General Construction. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ MATOC for DB and DBB General Construction for all Charleston District Programs. The MATOC is for a total Not to Exceed amount of $350,000,000 in shared capacity amongst all MATOC Awardees for the life of the contract. The estimated task order range will be from the simplified acquisition threshold to $25,000,000, with a performance period of a three-year base ordering period plus one two-year optional ordering period. The contract will also include one six-month option in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 for a total potential ordering period of 66 months.
