FY26 DRY-DOCKING AND MAINTENANCE OF U.S. ARMY LANDING CRAFT, LCM-8529

• Mandatory Requirements: Offerors must be authorized to operate and do business in Japan.
• Mandatory Requirements: Offerors must possess a current and active USN Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) issued by the U.S. Navy or NAVSUP FLCY. The certification process for MSRA/ABR can take up to one year; applications can be requested from flcy_msra_abr_group@us.navy.mil.
