Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit completed and signed quotes electronically to C1livingston@bop.gov. Quotes should include shipping costs (FOB destination) and note any additional excise tax. Required submission details include solicitation number, offeror's name/address/phone, UEI, EFT indicator, information for evaluation, and a statement of agreement with terms and conditions. Prices must be held firm for 60 calendar days.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best value to the Government, based on evaluation factors including Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Delivery Time, and Past Performance.
