Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To construct and repair facilities using a local national labor force in Zagreb, Croatia, specifically to renovate and upgrade seven classrooms at the existing police academy to support the Ministry of Interiors Police Academy (MoIPA).

• Design and construct facilities and infrastructure.

• Includes basis of design, detailed drawings, specifications, calculations, and analysis.

• Tasks include labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, plant, tests, investigations, surveys, and all functions to provide complete and fully functional facilities.

Sources Sought Notice

This notice is issued by the Department of the Air Force, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) for market research purposes. The government is seeking information to aid in the development of an acquisition approach for small-scale construction design-build efforts for foreign national security forces bases. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and no solicitation currently exists.

The government requires the execution of small-scale construction design-build efforts for bases of operations. Specific projects include:

• Poland: New or Renovate Existing Illegal Drug Laboratories (ITCCCL)

• Croatia: Renovate/modernize Training & Classroom Areas

• Kosovo: Counter Drug Training Center Each project has a magnitude not exceeding $1,000,000 and will be awarded under one contract. The scope includes Design, Direct Costs (Materials and Labor), and Indirect Costs (DBA, Overhead, G&A).
