Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation, and off-base storage for flooring replacement and installation. Services encompass initial installation, replacement of existing flooring, removal of old materials, floor preparation, furniture manipulation, and thorough cleanup. Carpet must be sourced from Air Force Carpet Program manufacturers (e.g., Mohawk, Engineered Floors, Interface Americas) unless otherwise specified. Work will be performed in occupied facilities, requiring coordination with occupants. Site Foreman/Superintendent and Quality Control Personnel must hold Certified Floorcovering Installers (CFI) certification.
